"Stunning unobstructed view of Matterhorn. Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

"This is a fantastic chalet. It has lots of space and absolutely amazing views. It was really nicely decorated and felt really homely. There were lots of nice extra touches like candles, music etc and it really felt like a home. There are no cars allowed in the part of the village where the chalet is and it was a reasonable walk from the car area (about 1/2 mile), but the walk is fabulous. "Stayed two nights during our visit to Zermatt recently. Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, no problems walking to the hotel with rolling suitcases. The location is excellent, easy walk to the Main Street with shopping and restaurants. Room was good size , didn’t feel cramped. Nice and clean bathroom, may be the bath cube area was little smaller but manageable. Breakfast was included and was excellent with many choices. Also front desk staff are nice. Overall very happy with our stay."
