Both the owner and the property manager were so generous over the duration of our stay when we had two day power outage in April 2025 due to record breaking snow storm. Very clean room and neatly kept laundry room. Easy access to Glacier Paradise Gondola.My wife and daughters really enjoyed the area. Highly recommend it to family with preteen/teen age kids. Walk to bus stop was a bit tiring, but good warm up in the morning."

"Just got back from our stay in Papillon, a charming cabin perched in on a hillside in Val d’Herens. The cabin was clean, cozy and well equipped. The view was spectacular, beds very comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything needed to enjoy the holiday. One bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor so my elderly parents didn’t have to climb the stairs. Plenty of sleeping space upstairs, too - my kids loved the bunk beds, and used a third bedroom (with beds for 4 more and a box of toys!) to...

"Die Lage des Chalets ist hervorragend: ruhig, tolle Sicht, Nähe zur Seilbahn und zum Loslaufen. Man kann auf zwei Ebenen (Balkon und Veranda) draußen sitzen und genießen! Die gesamte Ausstattung des Chalets ist jedoch etwas bescheiden, allerdings ist dies auch dem wenigen Platz geschuldet. Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, der Fernseher steht etwas unglücklich am Fußende des Bettes, in der Küche wäre eine Kaffeekanne und ein Stopfen für das Spülbecken schön. Aber das sind nur kleine Einschränkungen:...

"Jonathan und Natasha sind freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber mit einen stilvollen und bestens eingerichteten Chalet im alpinen Ferienort Saas-Fee. Als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen im Alter von 22 - 90 Jahren genossen wir eine Woche Skiferien, gemeinsames Kochen und Essen begleitet von den Weinen aus Jonathans Weinkeller und das gemütliche Zusammensein. Die Gastgeber, das Chalet und Saas-Fee empfehlen wir uneingeschränkt weiter."

Der Blick und die Lage sind zauberhaft!Leider war bei unserer Ankunft die letzte Reinigung nicht gründlich erfolgt, aber wir konnten es mit dem Vermieter klären und haben eine Lösung dafür gefunden. "The chalet was well kitted out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was warm and had the addition of an open fire. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the slopes each day, which was perfect and meant we were skiing before 9am, with a short drive home after. The chalet is quirky with lots of different sleeping areas, the kids loved it."
