They always called a taxi for us, the room was very modern and had charger ports in walls, plenty of towels, everything you could hope for it did We explored Florence and Tuscany while here and weren’t able to take advantage of the spa amenities so we can’t comment on that. "A beautiful property with helpful staff. We arrived late due to a train delay. They helped us find a restaurant and a taxi quickly. The only downside is the location- no restaurants close by- alternatively the restaurant inside the hotel was surprisingly good. Highly recommend "
