"This was our first time in a citizenM hotel and we liked it. Huge bed, small room but lots of common areas to sit and relax."

"Very fortunate to have chosen The James Hotel in Rotterdam- it’s perfect . The hotel itself is excellent - rooms are so clean and well maintained and amenities on level 2 (a lounge and Self-serving food shop) are of a very high standard . The staff are ever so friendly and there to assist you 24/7 The hotel’s location is situated perfectly between walkable site-seeing options or via close-by trams, to having many shops and restaurants just around the corner. Overall - I strongly recommend this hotel as their room prices offer very good value for money imho. If I come back to Rotterdam- this is where I will be staying ! 5 stars "

"8 minutes on shuttle to airport/train station. Shuttle ran often and on time. Staff was courteous, professional and prompt. Breakfast restaurant was excellent, huge variety and all very tasty."

"Good stay here. They rent bicycles and that’s a great option to ride out and about and into town."
