Awesome place
Transit hotel .... only stayed the one night but wish we had booked for a week. Staff were brilliant, friendly and spoke good English.

Clean affordable hotel
This is a bit of an older hotel, but the room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is their system of having to leave the key in the reception area if you intend to go out, considering there were times when the reception was unattended (the person there works at the restaurant as well) and anyone could just take your key if they wanted.

lovely traditional hotel, in a beautiful part of Belgium. Very comfortable room and bed, nice staff, fantastic dinner and very good breakfast. Excellent public areas, comfortable lounge and terrace with nice views out to river at the back of the building. Good value for money, a real blast from the past, but in a nice way !

Wonderful three story hotel!
We were pleasantly surprised with our impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious room which included a delicious breakfast. Our second floor street facing room included a tv with several English speaking channels. The internet was not working during our stay but will not deter us fr returning to quaint respite. We opened our window and could hear the river gurgling and birds chirping. Dinner was delicious as well. The owners are very much hands-on offering a charming base to discover the picturesque Ardennes region!

Great hidden gem
New owners are returning this hotel back to the elegance of its past, with new twists. Great dinner and excellent breakfast included in the rate. Attentive staff and very comfortable room and bed. Local village really pleasant with bars, restauants, canoing and museums...excellent walks and bike rides too.

A friendly welcome, even when I arrived very late. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. A breakfast to suite all tastes and appetites, English or European. Situated in some of the best biking roads and scenery, or if you like to walk, a quiet beautiful area. Speaking to the owner, I found that the hotel has secure basement parking and three lodges that sleep up to five people each. I will be returning to this hotel it is a real gem, I recommend a trip to it. Alone, couples or in groups.

Wegens misgelopen annulering hebben we jammer genoeg hier niet kunnen verblijven. Wel heel erg ontgoocheld over de houding en reacties van dit hotel achteraf. We hadden gehoopt op een commercieel gebaar en welwillendheid bij een nieuw te boeken verblijf, maar helaas stonden ze daar niet voor open.

Bel accueil avec explications et visite. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 31 au sous-sol. Positif: La vue donnait sur le ruisseau. La literie était confortable et propre👍. Negatif: La salle de douche est assez étroite, surtout le WC pas pratique pour mon gabarit. Par moment, il y avait de légers relents de renfermé dans la chambre😭(rideaux?). Nous avons soupé au resto le premier soir et avons bien mangé. Avons dû attendre longtemps pour notre entrée. Lors de l'addition, le patron, pour s'excuser du retard du service, nous a offert le vin👏.
