"Okay walking distance from the train station, but check-in was terrible. I didn’t receive any details until standing outside on a rainy day trying to figure out how to call a local phone number, which was eventually answered by someone who only speaks Chinese. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. "We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for one night and it was amazing! From the decoration in the reception area, the cleanliness and the beautiful room I received everything was top notch! As Expedia members we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite that had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance to the 101 Building which has shops, a food court and entertainment. I only wish we could have stayed longer!"
