"One of the staff members was outstanding, Amir who was seconded from the Novotel Olympic Park to the Fairmont. He was super helpful in showing us around when we were looking for the pool facilities. He was a great ambassador to the hotel group and on several occasions during our stay he checked in on us and genuinely wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. "I came all the way from Hawaii to Australia on my first time visit to the country, the staff at the Mercure is very nice from the workers at the front desk to the the cleaners and the cooks. The continental breakfast is the best. I will always stay here when ever I visit my family in Australia again, thank you staff for the pleasant hospitality."

"Rooms themselves, were clean and neat. Very secure, TV and air con were excellent. Lift wasn’t functional. The pizza for lunch was very nice. The pub is dated and not very tidy. Staff were pretty good. I wouldn’t leave anything in your car overnight."
