"The room was nice and clean. The king bed was comfortable, I liked their long pillows. On the second day we figured there was a refrigerator in the cabinate of study table. We loved going to the bar on L level. The hotel is in central area, next to union square and you can catch cable car from in front of the hotel. Upon request they checked is in couple of hours early. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Anyone visiting the downtown San Francisco area, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Amazing hotel just be prepared to hike Mount Everest to get to it ! We made the mistake of thinking it’s a walkable distance from bart and God that was a mistake ! Do yourself a favor ! Uber to the hotel ! Don’t be brave and walk up the hill lol "
