Convenience and cleanliness

I chose this hotel while interviewing at ETSU and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean, and the hotel quiet. We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

Our stay for 2 nights was heaven. The beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow. Just the right softness and I had no problem sleeping that night. We found everything so clean and inviting. It was a little outdated. The couch was low and so was the chair. I am handicapped and I had to be helped off the couch. It was uncomfortable also. The bathroom needs some sort of heavy glass. I have stayed here many times and the staff is always excellent. The room is great for the price! Never had an issue!

Granddaughters enjoyed the pool. Hotel was located in a good area to enjoy the city. Will return on our next trip.

Nice clean room and property.

Overall a clean hotel. Considerable road noise. A good value for the rate.

I want to say that the person at the desk when we arrived was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to help us. The other desk people were also very helpful, with written directions to where we wanted to go, as it was out first time in Tennessee.

We were greeted with a wonderful attendant. She upgraded our room to a handicapped accessible room for my 85 year old mom who was with me on this trip. The room was amazingly clean and comfortable for us and Mom had no problems.

Very clean. Quick check in. Only thing I ask for bottom floor and he gave me what he called bottom with 2 sets of steps. I have mobility issues and can't do steps. He was told. was almost in tears by Tim reached room.

The staff provided service above and beyond the norm. Enjoyed my stay and have booked rooms for a return trip in May. Breakfast layout as good as or maybe a little better than what I've had at the Hampton Inn.
