"The Seaport Hotel is an all-around class place, the decor, the staff, the breakfast buffet. Location is everything and this was convenient to everything we wanted to access. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Boston."

"Great stay at the Langham in Boston from check-in to check-out. Beautiful hotel, lovely decor, very clean in main areas and rooms, very comfortable bed and quiet room with great a/c (was hot when we were there). Concierge was kind and helpful. All staff were very kind, friendly and professional. Complimentary coffee (machine) in lobby in the morning. Had breakfast one morning at Grana - beautiful room and had a wonderful breakfast (was sorry I didn’t discover it until my last morning). Hotel is in a downtown location, so not near “shopping” (other than Faniel Hall area shops which was maybe 5-8 min walk) but was able to walk to many of the tourist locations in 10-20 mins. Right next to a lovely little park with a cute cafe which I enjoyed as well. Felt safe at all hours. Also right at a subway station if needed. If downtown area works for your travel plans this is an excellent option! I hope to return!"

"I have stayed before and op Ed the proximity to tours and restaurants but this time I had my father with me who would benefit from a wheel chair but still can get around with a cane. We rented a wheel chair and had it delivered to hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful with retrieving it. The staff was also helpful with answering questions for my parents, who have not traveled out of state since my dad’s illness in 2014. The location and staff and hotel is still my favorite when in Boston. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality, "

"The Westin always offers great service and hospitality. My aunt and I were in town for the Red Sox vs Yankees game. We wanted a hotel near Back Bay station as we traveled by train as opposed to driving. Conveniently, the Westin provides direct access to the Copley shopping mall, which we love and is also close to the Green line which we required to get to Fenway Park. We love when we can get convenience, cleanliness, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. "
