"This is such a great location, right in the heart of London - steps from the Thames, London Eye and Westminster. The hotel itself is a good price for the location and the rooms were clean. We had a third adult sleeping on a sofa bed which saved money and was ok for the short stay. "Very glad we booked the balcony, ended our evening with a very tasty cocktail from the bar outside watching the world go by. Everyone that worked there were really friendly. The room was lovely and airy, and having a Marshall speaker to connect to was a great touch. The room was quite bright in the morning, because everything in there is white, this wasn’t a problem for us at all as I always sleep with an eye mask anyway. "Great property, great location! I know some people complain about the train noise, but there’s a door you can close for sound and I sleep with white noise so it was no bother at all. The curtain is essentially blackout which was awesome! Loved having a kitchenette and a washer and dryer onsite. Communicating the time of the early checkin I paid for could have been cleaner but everything else was smooth and easy! Would absolutely stay here again."
