"Limited amenities. Very small rooms. Boxed in beds. No water, no glases, one pillow, no tv. No onsite restaurant. For the price this isnt acceptable and i clealy should have read the hotel details more. Just expected these as standard. Other than that it was ok. Hallway carpets dirty and well worn. But its a hallway. Stayed in better cheaper accomodation."

"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"The room was clean but smaller than I thought. We called the front desk for some water and they came with 4 extra bottles of water which was amazing! Overall, I would stay here again."

"The room was clean and we had an easy check in. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold food. Tea and coffee facilitates are available at anytime. Prime location to walk to central London sites. Easy access to London transport."

"Great location for a lot of sight seeing! The self check in kiosks did not work for us but someone was able to help us check in the “old fashioned” way. They were out of key cards so we only got one instead of the usual two. The room was surprisingly spacious (we had a family one). The bathroom door was annoying because it closed quite forcefully on its own and couldn’t be kept open. The bathroom is really only big enough for one person at a time. The bathtub was kind of tall to get into, and slippery (my daughter slipped and fell) so be careful. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good enough, and my kids loved it (who doesn’t love buffets?)"
