"I was charged an additional £5.00 for parking! That would be fine in a town but this hotel is in a motorway service station so I am not even sure it would be possible to get there by any other method. This means that I would count this as false advertising. Ramada would be better off just advertising the room at £5.00 more. It certainly left a bad taste with me. They do say that parking is charged somewhere but they hide it well! Reception area was nice. Shower was cold and heating rattle-y but...

"Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! Lively and vibrant Pub (nice to see it so busy ☺️). Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Service outstanding. Hope at some Point (er) 🐾🤩 i will have to come back. Thank you all the staff."

"The room was dirty and the furniture was very worn and tatty. I checked in at 9 pm and the hotel was clearly pretty empty. Breakfast was very small and expensive. My son went golfing in the morning, but despite this very rude front desk staff member kicked me out of my room at 11am wanting to 50 GBP to stay another couple of hours. There were silverfish bugs in the bathroom. If you are used to higher standards, avoid this hotel."

"Our daughter stayed there, she was presenting for her PhD at Oxford’s U and we were supposed to be present there, however, the visa glitch for my wife prevented us from attending. According to my daughter she had great time at the hotel"

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Great location. Quiet and peaceful hotel. Lots of natural light and cool breeze from the garden. The kitchenette has a real small sized refrigerator and not the useless dorm sized one. Waking distance to many great restaurants in Summertown with easy bus access to Oxford city center. "

"Decent , basic accommodations approx 10 driving minutes outside the center of Oxford."

"Voco is a nice hotel, however it is quite a walk to the centre of Oxford and not really centel as it might claim. I was dissapointed with the cost of parking even though there is lots of parking available and Voco is very expensive you still had to pay more for parking and the EV charging was also very expensive."
