"We absolutely loved costa del sol. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The building is incredible and the paprika restaurant was fantastic as well. Best breakfast in 4 hotels in Peru and we chose to Eat dinner there twice after a not Great experience in Cusco. We were Honestly sad to leave this hotel! "

"I could not be more impressed with this hotel. I chose JW Marriot in Cusco to celebrate my successful proposal with my now fiance. This hotel absolutely blew our minds and surpassed any expectation we had for hotels! I now have a new standard for what a hotel should be. The property is perfect, it's so clean I would have no trouble eating off the floor and our room was fantastic. The spa is beautiful, the food was excellent and the drinks were superb. All that being said, the absolute best part of our stay here was the staff. Every single person we interacted with were kind, attentive, and went far above and beyond what we would expect from them. They seemed genuinely happy to do their job and i cannot praise the staff enough for makimg our celebration so wonderful and special. We will never forget our stay at this hotel. The only thing that we were a little sad about was that the massage staff was booked out through the weekend so we were not able to secure an appointment for a deep tissue massage after our grueling 8 day hike through the Andes. I suppose that might be because they are also great at their jobs like the rest of the staff. Thank you soooo much for an experience we will never forget!!"

"Amazing historical hotel! All personnel are friendly and ready to help. Young gentleman Ronaldo does great hotel tours everyday at 5pm and after another great guy Manuel does Pisco Sour class in a bar. "

"Staff were very welcoming, a bit of a language barrier as they spoke little English but were willing to take time to talk and use translator when required. Nice facility. They are cash only, when in person. "

"The property was ok, owners were friendly. Room was comfortable, bathroom had a constant smell coming from the drain in the floor, shower drain had flyies coming out the drain. I stayed too far away from everything making it impossible for one of the tour groups to pick me up. Uber gave wrong directions twice. My taxi driver over charged me from the airport to the Wayta Inn, $60.00. Didn`t feel too comfotable in the area of the hotel."
