I canāt say enough good things about our stay. From the minute we walked in until we left the next day. The people were incredible. Very attentive, kind and accomodating. The food was beyond fabulous. We had an amazing dinner with multiple courses and all were superb! Our giraffe feeding treehouse was impeccably furnished and very clean. The giraffe feeding experience as well as the guided tour were fun and informative. If you get a chance, go to this place it will not disappoint!

House cleaning left a little to be desired for a 5 star hotel. Floor hadn't been vacuumed sufficiently and there was food under the table. On day 2 of my 3 day stay I actually need to request this service.
At check in it was very speedy which was terrific. At the same time I wasnt introduced to the property. No idea how to access pool and spa and no details on restaurants.
On the morning of my checkout with my do not disturb sign...
