"I really like this property because it was not right in the middle of town, but not far from it either. It was a short drive to the Poudre Scenic Byway. The house was spacious enough and the fenced yard was a plus. The check in was super easy which is really important to us. We would book here again if we were in the area. "

"Cute little house was perfect for my husband, two dogs and me. The fenced in back yard was very nice to hang out with our dogs. The location was perfectly placed between New Belgium brewery and Odell Brewing Co. Downtown was also in walking distance and Fort Collins has a really nice downtown area. Our check in was a little rocky, but Dawn was very apologetic and got us in. Of note, there is no air conditioning. However, it was mid to high 80’s and with the windows open and a fan going it was...
