The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. Key pickup was no issues, however concierge did not give the clearest directions on how to get to the designated parking spot. Would not recommend for larger vehicles as some very tight corners to get into the north end of the car park. We did not receive any check in instructions despite multiple messages to the host. After finally receiving a message from the host the instructions took me to a page that you needed a login for - the host did not provide this and again did not respond to my messages.
