"My family of five was pleasantly pleased with our booking. The duplex had plenty of space, including access to the basement. Easy access, adequate parking, safe neighborhood, clean surfaces and extra linen, around plenty of food options and great wi-fi connection. All instructions were simple and easy to follow. "Mini family vacation. The property was pleasant and convenient to the Museums and Zoo.This is not specific to this stay, but I wish the fees would be available prior to the booking/ payment process. We had to stop the booking of a different property for this trip when the hidden fees more than doubled the cost of the rental."

"Such a beautiful home and property. We had a great time exploring during the day and spending time together at night. Sunsets over the pond are particularly lovely and the screened in porch and sitting around a fire in the chiminea outside are the perfect spots for a cocktail. We look forward to our next visit!"

"The house looked like an abandoned property. It was dirty and gross. The sheets had hair on them. We actually couldn't stay. We were hopeful that after taking pictures and sending them, we have some sort of recoupment but we did not. Even though we booked through vrbo, it was apparently another company's listing and they were also no help. We won't use vrbo again. Also watch out for Evelve,"
