"I am very noisy sensitive – so I asked for the quietest room in the hotel; I spent a week in a room which was one of the quietest and most comfortable hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff – who I interacted with for a week – was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more than apple, and the dining area is not overly cramped."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my spacious, clean room and bathroom. The housekeeping staff were warm, friendly, kind, and very helpful. I slept like a baby for the first two nights, which made my stay especially enjoyable. Unfortunately, the last night was horrible. There were people making excessive noise both above me and outside my room, making it difficult to enjoy the peaceful environment I had experienced the previous two nights. I also enjoyed the gelato and pastries. However, my experience at Roosted Beans Coffee was disappointing. The staff were inattentive and unprofessional, appearing more focused on their personal conversations than on serving guests. Had I not been paying attention while the barista prepared my drink, I would have received the wrong order. Overall, there were some wonderful aspects of my stay, but the noise disturbance on my last night and the poor customer service at the coffee shop took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience."
