"The location was great. We were able to find good eats at several nearby restaurants. We walked around the Times Square area and the garment district. Next day we caught #1 to South Ferry to visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. I contacted them ahead of time for an early check in. No guarantees, but they said they’d try. When we arrived at 9:00 am they said check back at noon. We left our luggage in their luggage room. At 12:00, we checked in, 3 hours early. We chose the bunk beds room. Each bunk had their own TV. There was a desk. No closet, but there were hooks and hangers and a luggage rack. Good enough. We moved to a hotel in the financial district the next day to be closer to the family event that we were attending."

"Loved this hotel. Staff was amazing! Every one of them was Friendly, courteous and helpful every single interaction was pleasant! Close to many amenities. Besutiful scent throughout mainn lobby... Very inviting! Amazing coffee shop and bar. Restaurant is fantastic. Had breakfast and it was so tasty and visually appealing. Service staff once again Amazing!!! Rooms seemed very clean. A bit noisy on the street side though. Overall a wonderful experience. I will recommend highly and I will stay again"
