"The flat was perfect with new appliances and fittings. It was spacious, light and clean. The staff on duty during check in were helpful, efficient and friendly. As people in their mid sixties who need reading glasses, my husband and I struggled to open all the doors with the code provided. Standing outside in the dark trying to punch in the code was a hassle every time. While doing this we met two other couples our age having trouble doing the same thing. I find a key card much easier. My main complaint is there is only once accessible outlet in the bedroom. There are outlets you can use in the kitchen which we did. No outlet other than for a shaver connection (not a standard outlet) in the bathroom. Had to use the one outlet available in the bedroom to use the hair dryer (or use the kitchen outlet).
