Amazing overall. Bed could be a little more Cush but overall great facilities and the cafe at the bottom is wonderful.

Conveniently located to actively participate in the Festivals while being a quiet and peaceful retreat from the center of the action. The staff were incredibly helpful on the ground and the communications in advance about check in was remarkably clear. We would stay here and try other Sonder properties again in the future.

The apartments are months old and cheerfully decorated. The building is very well located for visiting all major sites and shopping areas. Staff was extremely helpful and professional.

This was the perfect place to stay for myself, my daughter and her two small children ages 8 months and almost 3. It was a very central location and within walking distance of the Grass market,Chamber Street museum, Royal Mile, the Castle, the Meadows, Princes street gardens , George street and St Andrews square - perfect for walking. Access was by code, no key to keep track. Location was convenient to all venues but not in the center of activity.

Anders’ apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple. It is clean, accessible, well equipped. Anders is very prompt in answering all questions and providing assistance. The only thing to bear in mind is that entry to the building requires going down a long set of stairs, and leaving requires ascending the same stairs. This is easy if you are empty handed, but can be challenging if you are carrying luggage. I would still gladly stay at Ander’s apartment.

The Fraser Suites Edinburgh gave me that feeling of having my very own luxurious apartment with the added convenience of delightful reception personnel who were cheerful, helpful and ready to accommodate needs at any hour. Great location walking distance to any attraction.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful property with lots of windows! Having a lounge with coffee machine and snacks, and a washer and dryer were a big plus!

My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel from the 21st - 23rd of January. The hotel was easy to find, a 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley Station, and the receptionist was very pleasant and efficient.The hotel room was well appointed and decorated well. The kitchen facilities were well stocked and the hotel provided good quality coffee, teas and milk. The location is ideal for Edinburgh Old Town, Arthur's Seat and Holyrood palace and the other attractions are only a short walk away/

Very cool room with loft for the bed. We didn't do any cooking, but looked like they had everything in the kitchen to cook a full meal. Location was excellent; just a short walk to the Royal Mile and many nearby restaurants. When we checked out, we were able to leave our bags for the day while we explored before our flight.

It was clean and on a great condition

We stayed for a week with part of our family - a group of 16 people in 4 apartments. We had two 3 bedroom and two 2 bedroom apartments. All of the apartments were spacious, clean and well decorated. The 3 bedroom apartments were great for the family to congregate in, especially apartment #31 which has an especially large living area. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the Royal Mile. It is clean and in great condition. Plenty of space and the small kitchen was nice. Staff was helpful.

The location was great and the apartment was spotless but what was the best was that bed!!!! Seriously the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and we needed it after all the traveling we had been through.
