"Only issue I had was that there was a smell in the hotel that lingered that may have been from cleaning or possibly the chlorine from the pool. Was never able to completely distinguish it. "

"We asked for 8:30 pickup but didn’t make rounds until actually 8:45. The desk should have said the driver is here at quarter to the hour. Then we would have gone and hour early so we wouldn’t feel rushed at the airport. "
