"Room was clean. Everything worked pretty well. Door did not shut on it's own so you had to make sure it was closed. Overall, everything was good. I'd stay there again."

"Hotel Check in staff was great, helpful and quick. Hotel had some wear on it, but the price for the stay offset the small blemishes. Only issues was restaurant on premises, staff was rude and not helpful. Seat yourself set up was chaotic. Luckily hotel is located near several nice restaurants. Would repeat stay."

"Look up the Citrus Club if you want full concierge service. It was $150/ person and I voided food and beverages from 8am-9pm making it almost an all inclusive deal. I was unaware of this until I arrived and it was only through friends."

"Not to focus on the condition of the hotel room Because my son and I had a wonderful time spending the few days together. My only Disappointment in the room was the fact that the blackout blind was ripped. The shower curtain in the bathroom was inadequate to hold water in the tub, and the faucet had to be turned harder to turn off water from leaking into the tub. Lastly, the electrical outlet, where the coffee maker was did not work. The pools were beautiful, clear water, lazy river was awesome. And the wave pool was incredible. It was different to have to move from pool to lazy river and slides because of the lack of lifeguards on duty. It was just different, not bad and understood the reasons for it. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, which is appreciated very much especially when being away from home and staying at a hotel."
