"Spacious room with two bathrooms. Clean and updated. Check-in and check-out were quick. The only “issues” with the stay we had to pay $20 extra per night for parking (just fold the cost into the stay, I hate to be nickled and dimed) and the check-in kiosk didn’t print our room keys so had to wait in the short line anyway. Everything else was great and I’d recommend Harrah’s South Lake Tahoe to friends and family."

"Room 1856 We were surprised on check-in as the front desk clerks appeared to be a little confused. When we checked we noticed that there was a surreal amount of dust all over everything. We also noticed that there were no writing materials such as pad and paper which is always available and we needed it. While showering you could not keep from getting water outside of shower curtain which essentially barely met the floor. Additionally, the outlet near the window appeared to be dead as the light did not turn on and our devices did not charge. The bed was uncomfortable also. Lumpy 85% of the restaurants were closed/unavailable. For the price, the room wasn’t worth what we paid and hope that the GSR would compensate me on our next scheduled stay scheduled on April 20, 2026 or thereafter. The experience was undesirable. "Navigating through casinos is confusing. No signs posted to direct you from one to another. Easy to get turned around. Staff made it more confusing."

"Property hasn’t changed much since the buyout. Room was okay, nothing to get excited for. Paying for parking while you’re staying in the hotel is a little much. "
