"Staff was rude and not helpful. We had stuff doordashed because we had a long lay over and we had to search for our things because the front desk acted as though they couldn’t be bothered. Shuttle does not run for early morning flights. when being pick up from airport we had to get a ride from another shuttle service because their shuttle don’t even have the proper hotel name on it and no where in the description of where to go and what shuttle to get on did it state this. No apology just...

"It's obvious there is a shortage of hotels that allow pets, as there were many here. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean- which is much appreciated. The hotel needs some updates badly. The population of guests was unsavory. Marijuana reeked on the premises. It was a, you get what you pay for, experience. I'd not opt to repeat the stay unless no other options are available. Stinks to not be able to travel with your pet without downgrading your accommodations."
