"It was a pleasure staying here, the staff was lovely, helpful and respectful. There must’ve been a ball tournament going on as there was a great deal of youth here, but it did not affect our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the only caveat was the refrigerator was a little too cold. It’s not a 5 star, but if you want a nice place to lay your head…and I won’t hesitate staying again when I’m in London. "
