"The house is very nice. Pool on property was wonderful to have. There is community pool very near by. We did crab off the dock. Kitchen has lots of items but needs more coffee cups and more forks. It was also odd that there were no hand towels for the bathrooms or kitchen. Biggest issue/ disappointment was that a baby monitor was left behind. We still have not received it back and even received response from person who is supposed to be mailing it."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home worked well for our group of three families. The location was convenient and close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. One thing to note is that the home is not quite the 550-foot walk to the beach as advertised in the listing title. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but the description is a bit misleading.The pool, hot tub, and outdoor showers were fantastic and were easily the highlight of our stay. Our kids loved spending time outside, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably.The biggest disappointment was that the home was missing several basic amenities we've come to expect in vacation rentals. Not all bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or the kitchen, and there were no hand towels in the bathrooms or dish towels in the kitchen. We weren't prepared for this and had to make an extra trip to the store.There were also a few maintenance issues. The third-floor ice maker broke early in our stay. Maintenance came out promptly, but it only worked for one day before breaking again, so we relied on the first-floor ice maker for the rest of the week. We also discovered the garbage disposal was unplugged with no explanation and were only notified the day before checkout that someone would be coming to repair it.Overall, it's a nice house with great outdoor amenities, but we'd expect the basic essentials and maintenance issues resolved before."
