We have been coming to Corolla for 32 years and always rented a house. This year it was just my husband and I for a last minute 4 night getaway. We were pleasantly surprised just how nice the Hampton Inn at Corolla was. We had a king room with a partial ocean view on the second floor. Unless your room is on the third floor, the view really doesn't mean much. We had a nice view of the pools.
