"The access to the property was poor. No communication was sent with access information.I had to initiate how to gain access. Had to wait 2 hrs to get in.
There were no bathroom towels. We were 4 guest.
No extra blankets. Dirty cleaning supplies were not put away.
Obviously not clean."
