"Nice hotel and I liked the room layout and the staff were great. At $550 a night I don’t think water in the room is too much to ask for along with a safe kettle and tea bags of a quality above floor sweepings and definitely not instant coffee! There were negatives but not the hotel’s fault. We didn’t realise it was a sporting event in Brisbane over the weekend that we were there, Magic Rounds?This meant that the hotel was MUCH more expensive, 3x the regular rate and an utter Bogan fest’. I had assumed that this was an Australian stereotype but they were out in force. Neanderthals with no shoes, shocking hair cuts, creepy moustaches and no social etiquette whatsoever. Wandering the corridors barefoot with a beer bottle in one hand and a phone in the other shouting loudly into it. Doors being slammed constantly, loud in the corridors and rooms and the whole place smelled of eau de McDonalds/KFC with the litter left outside the rooms a testament to its occupants. God forbid they got in a lift with you, there are weight limits in lifts for a reason. I really feel for the staff, and the housekeeping in particular, who had to deal with the mentally challenged. Would I stay again? Probably. Would I visit Brisbane during Magic Rounds again? Has Hell Frozen over yet?"

"The appartment was clean i had 4 towels 1 handtowel and 1 facewasher used first 2 towels went to use the other 2 on Saturday night found what looked like blood stain on it i didnt use it but put with the other towels used the last towel was also had a stain on it my only complaint"

"The shower was over a bath so you had to climb in and stand in the bath to shower. Very dangerous for older people and people who have had surgery. Not what it look like on the booking sight. Disappointed"

"Beautiful rooftop, found the digital room key did not work most of the time on the entrace, elevators and room..as well as the qr code for the parking. Barely any water pressure when the heat was turned up in the shower. Room and facilities clean and well maintained. Convenient location with supermarket right below."

"Propert located walking distance to PA Hospital, woolworths across road. Microwave and washing machine, numerous clotheslines, pegs supplied. Air conditioning, TV, comfortable bed, pillows, iron and ironing board. Staff very polite and helpful. I had to extend my stay due to family emergency"
