"Highly recommended! Upon arrival the lady at reception was very welcoming and easy going. Room was clean and fresh with plenty of secured parking directly Infront of our room. Facilities were clean even if didn't utilise them but the Pool and BBQ area looked well maintained and clean. Location is brilliant 2 minute drive to Sunnybank markets were we had some of the best Asian meals we've ever had. We will definitely be back for our next trip!"

"I realise it is an older hotel but the bathroom looked like very little had been done to it in the past 50years. The shower had obviously been repaired at some point an actually had a very unattractive checker plate panel in the middle of the wall. The soap holder was very loose and couldn't hold anything at all. The main room has obviously been repainted and recarpeted which was nice. We were very disappointed there wasn't a toaster as that what we had planned for breakfast. The eyelet curtains are falling apart and should be replaced. For the price that was paid it was very disappointing, but it was incredibly convenient to the wedding reception we attended across the road. We also dined at the bistro and appreciated the discount because of our booking, however it was the smallest steak in history with a very large price tag. The 3 prawns on top were bigger than the actual steak."

"Not very clean. Hair on the bedspread, dirt all on the shelves and the dishes needing washing before use. The bedside drawers were broken and a bedside table lamp wouldn't work"

"Olivia was great with her communication, very prompt friendly and helpful. We loved its location in Sunnybank. Very central in relation to services and centers we needed to access. We got to explore an area of Brisbane I’ve never really been to and appreciate the oriental/Asian presence especially with the food markets and restaurants. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures portrayed though but very clean and neat and perfect for what we needed for the short time there. It would be nice to have a couch or sofa chair of some sort though apart from that, a solid 9/10. "

"I was so impressed with the quality. The place was clean, luxurious, spacious, and very well-maintained. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was Easter, and they had the cutest little Easter chocolates and themed towels! We’ll definitely be coming back this is the place we’ll return to without a doubt. "
