"This property was in a great location but was let down by mould in the bathroom on the tiles mould spores also outside on the terrace needs brushing up and kettle needed descaling needs dome TLC if i owned it i would sort it out would like a bit of a refund "

"We had a good stay at the Old Sweet Shop which is generally a lovely property. Check-in was straight forward and the house was clean. The parking, while freely available on the roadside outside (double yellows immediately outside), is a nightmare with very narrow roads and no free spaces unless you are very lucky with timing. There is a large carpark nearby but it is height restricted so didn't work with our roofbox. I can confirm all the stairs are incredibly steep with the bedrooms basically...

"Lovely cottage, spacious and with everything we needed. Good position as a base for seeing the area, just be careful backing out onto the road, as visibility up and down the road is not so good. We loved Whitstable itself, and found plenty of interesting places to visit. Manager of the property was extremely helpful and friendly. Just wish the weather had been better!"
