"One Star hotel/resort with a five star beach. Skip the hotel but visit the beach while on the island staying elsewhere. Food options were extremely limited and for an all inclusive not always available. Staff was extremely disinterested in service. Hotel is very very dated and in need of repair. We left three days early as even the beach couldn’t make up for the regrettable hotel and service. "

"No beach at this property They should have thought about transportation to the beach ( ground shuttle) It’s a 25-minute walk uphill."

"Food was not good. Restaurants you had to stand in line to make a reservation between 10-3. There were three restaurants.. not including the ice cream/ coffee shop that was twice out of ice cream, a sports bar that took an hour to receive your food wit no one in the place, and a buffet that was average at best. Out of the three other restaurants, the Italian place was good others not so much! Drinks were ok. Entertainment was ok. Staff was ok.not much of a beach… handles coming off on all bathroom hooks in both rooms we stayed at. Two small elevators that were mostly full .// u decide:) Atm was out of service .. two small stores were out of stomach medicine ./"
