It is central, convenient, and perfect for exploring London, yet still feels peaceful and tucked away. My room was clean, modern, and spacious, offering a wonderful place to relax after a day out. Dining was a highlight of my stay. The Kona Midsummer Night’s Dream Afternoon Tea was enchanting, creative, and beautifully presented, with plenty of thoughtful vegetarian options. Lunch at House of Ming was equally impressive, innovative, flavorful, and a real treat. As a vegetarian, I truly appreciated the variety and creativity across the menus. The courtyard deserves special mention. It is absolutely stunning and feels like something out of a dream. A rare and beautiful oasis in the heart of the city. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly memorable London stay."

"The staff are excellent. The hotel had a gym and a pool whichbis not something many London hotels have. The rooms are small but clean. For a solo business traveler, this hotel is great value for the money. I have stayed at thia hotel before and I would return without hesitating."

"Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "
