"Room was lovely, nice and cool in the heat of summer. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice. Check in process was smooth, parking was fairly limited but we got lucky. Great place to stay in Stratford"

"The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to places to visit nearby. The continental breakfast was lovely and the 2 course dinner was good value for money. The swimming pool, sauna and steam were well maintained however our room needed a few repairs and the towels had seen better days. We would give it an 8/10"

"I enjoyed the stay and it was peaceful. Loved the leisure facilities. Breakfast ok as its the basic intercontinental. Environment good and cool but it would be nice for cool air fan to be available in the room if not AC to accommodate the current hot weather. Also, TV is not a smart TV to reflect the standard of modern hotels."
