Our room was beautiful, a gorgeous view over Lake Windermere, wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, fab hot shower, really clean and comfortable. "Hot tub was great, good temperature, clean tub and space surrounding it .was clean we were above the rear car parking space but this did not impact us at all ..we only ate in cocktail area . Food fresh hot and tasty ,service was excellent. Staff attentive ,friendly and accommodating . Room clean spacious and comfortable. "
