Head and shoulders above anything else on the island. The only slight disappointment was new house built right next door. It was never a problem, just different than our previous stays there. "Conch’d Out cottage is a perfect getaway for 2 - we try to go every year for our anniversary. Anne Bethel, the property manager is so helpful, warm and friendly like all the people who call Eleuthera home. New windows and doors have been installed since our last stay, making things even nicer than before. If you want to explore the island, the location is perfect - right at half way between the north and south ends of the island and very importantly just a a few minutes drive to some of our favorite restaurants and Island Farm for fresh produce, fresh baked bread ad cinnamon rolls!"

"Tradewinds was just what we needed as a spot of relaxation before a big wedding. Jethro was so considerate and came by to make sure our stay was going well and to find out if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed the home with comfortable beds and clean refreshing pool. The 3 min walk on the sand path through the palm trees opening to the breathtaking Atlantic beach was a bonus. We hope to come again!"

"Absolutely a wonderful relaxed Experiance. Entire staff was very friendly. I had the best massage I have ever had in my life and I have had many many all over . The beach is fantastic, you feel you're on a deserted island. I 100% would go back. I have to say we dined out everywhere but the food was fabulous at their restaurant. The fish tacos were outstanding."

"Wow! This is truly an amazing place! The location, the view of the ocean from the house, and the house itself was beautiful! We had the beach all to ourselves and took long walks, snorkeled, did some fishing and relaxed by the ocean. We stargazed on the deck in the evening! The house had everything we needed and our host was very responsive when we reached out with any questions, and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here - we were sad to leave! You won’t be disappointed! "

"We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Purple Papaya. The cottage was super clean and well stocked. The views were phenomenal! We walked the beach every day. We enjoyed Tippys, for lunch and dinner. We could hear the music from our back porch, while enjoying the pool . Would definitely recommend staying at Purple Papaya. "
