"The Stratford Inn is a quaint little Inn clearly geared toward travelers coming to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival...which we were. The staff was very friendly and helpful. OSF is a short, convenient walk (even for us older, out-of-shape folks). The rooms are nice and well-maintained despite the age of the Inn. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of outlets for our electronics. The breakfast is on the continental side that favored the older guests. While there was a young lady monitoring things, there was a bit of a delay in prep time so, with the oatmeal, for example, it got to the bottom of the barrel. So, if breakfast is an important part of your decision as to where to stay, this might not be your best choice. However, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay...I would recommend Stratford Inn. My family and I enjoyed our stay there."

"The room was clean, very very small. Parking was good. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice. The breakfast was at best ok. It wasn't kept stocked very fast, so when we got there only potatoes and bagels were available. Eventually they brought more fresh fruit, but the egg bake thing was never replaced. You could dine outside the little room. They need to go around and clean the cobwebs of the sitting area out there."

"This is a great pet friendly place to stay when your passing through town. Lowest pet fee I've found and the room was perfect for the night. The family that runs the hotel is nice and they've done great renovations. The beds are comfortable and the shower was hot. I wouldn't stay here for more than a night, the rooms are just too small and the highway too close, but I will be staying again next time I pass through. It was also a good place to walk a dog."
