"I stayed in this gorgeous cottage/annex for one month. It is furnished to a very high standard and is probably the nicest place I have ever stayed for comfort, cleanliness and having every imaginable appliance in the kitchen.Everything is done with great care, the welcome hamper full of goodies, fresh flowers on the table., books, magazines, extra towels in the bathroom. Lovely bathroom with a super shower. Spring flowers emerging in the garden, beautiful location in the Elham Valley area with...

"This is an excellent property! The host was very communicative and helpful. The property was very clean with good information onsite about the flat and the surrounding area. Great location near to shops, restaurants and the beach. If you are driving, be aware that parking is a bit tricky, but Oliver was very helpful with figuring out options. Our only disappointment is that we weren't able to stay longer!"

"Very nice two bedroom in the city center. It was perfect for my wife and I visiting the city for a few days."

"Very central. Great for sites and dining."

"The place was great. Clean, as advertised and sufficient kitchen utilities. The area is very close to the cathedral and the other touristy places. We had an old person with us, otherwise one could walk to most places from here. The host was also very helpful sending us clear instructions through the app."

"The property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. "

"Everything was clean, well equipped. Oliver was a great host, responses were prompt. Fantastic location. Would stay again. "

"Very confortable place in quiet street. "

"Great stay! Host was great at giving instructions and the location is excellent! Would definitely book again!"

"Great location and with a parking space albeit very tight to get the car down the lane and we don’t have a large car. House was as described but very basic and just felt like not a lot of thought had gone into the decor and making it homely. Just a couple beach pics on the walls. Outdoors furniture was dirty. TV in the bedroom didn’t work. Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable. Downstairs toilet was dirty. Shower leaked and difficult to get in and out of the bath with the large shower...
