"We honestly cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about both this property and its manager, Tiffany. We feel so fortunate to have found this amazing home in Nassau!Having stayed for the first half of our vacation in the Bahamas at Atlantis, our family was ready for some peace, quiet, privacy, and a chance to explore at our own pace. We were so grateful for Tiffany's willingness to help accommodate our travel to the home, and arrangements for us to have a (very reasonably priced) van for the week. The house is beautiful, clean and very safe, not to mention it is incredibly spacious and fully stocked with anything you might need. It is truly RIGHT ON THE WATER, and we literally snorkeled right off the back porch. Our kids loved the small pool, which happens to be quite deep and perfect for jumping in! The deck was ideal for quiet relaxation, a glass of wine, and just gazing at that incredible aquamarine water.Tiffany went the extra mile for us when our son thought he had left his souvenirs at the home. Fortunately, he had packed them away, but she and her housekeeping team searched high and low.Kirk, ("Captain Kirk"), who served as both a driver and tour guide was kind, trustworthy, and full of information. He works with Tiffany and is available to help with anything you might need.Without question, this remains one of the BEST vacation rentals we have ever stayed in, and when we return to the Bahamas, there is no question as to where we will stay. "

Cathy was a superb host who dealt with minor issues promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond what was required to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. A car is essential in order to get to supermarkets and Nassau, which is just 15-20 minutes away. "

"After requiring a week stay in something other then an expensive cramped 1 bedroom hotel in Bahamas, we found this gem. The location and grounds were amazing. 15 min drive to our day pass for Atlantis, 30 min to Baha Mar, and with extra saved on lodging we rented a car for the week to get us around and do food shopping (1 min drive). Rental vendor is a relative of Elvira, and it was seamless as they dropped car at condo and picked up from condo. The place was super clean, and just as pictured, with plenty of space for my family to enjoy our own quiet time. Elvira was super helpful pre-trip with tips, during trip with help when needed (ie a missing pickle ball racquet was purchased and dropped next day so my family of 4 could play), and check-in/out process was simple. We had a pool right outside the door, purchased member passes (20/person per day for 3 day minimum they require) to get access to the private members beach...which was worth it to feel like a VIP. Even onsite restaurant was amazing,. Only negative I could think of is the TV situation. When down time was needed after a long day, this is required for my family (others may not care, and wasn't too terrible). The two TVs in the condo were in the main room and master, and they both had volume issues and poor connection with blurry screens. Simple fix with upgrades, and not anything terrible. Final note as I was concerned w/ heightened security alerts for Bahamas travel, I felt super safe onsite!"

"Very spacious and beautiful home with a private pool. We were there celebrating my daughter‘s 21st birthday and her and her friends had an amazing time. Lots of selfie opportunities, beautiful landscaping, and the host was amazingly responsive. Perfect way to celebrate in the Bahamas. Definitely worth booking plenty of parking and within 15 to 20 minute drive to Nassau downtown area. With plenty of shopping and local grocery stores nearby.."

"We had just over a week at Water's Edge in Apr 25. We took our grown up children and our only grandchild (6yo) for a celebration for my husband's 60th birthday. The house is brilliantly well equipped inside and for the outdoors, has everything you might need, including comfy beds and all of it is good quality. The location was superb for us, a little away from the bustle of Nassau but close enough for it to feel easy to just 'pop in'. The sea immediately outside the walls was such a bonus, and although the pool was lovely, everyone spent more time with the snorkels and kayaks in the sea - we saw manta rays just passing by. Communication with the on-island team, Marsha and Ritchie, was excellent, they really cared about us having a good time and got an engineer out the following day when the oven stopped working. We would also highly recommend Captain Carl to hire a boat and see the swimming pigs and turtles and lunch in a beach bar on Love Island. We'd love to go back one day. "

"Our family stay at the ocean spray house was absolutely stunning. We relaxed by the pool playing with our kids after a long day of playing in the ocean and touring Nassau. The neighborhood was so safe with grocery stores, pharmacies, and food all near by. The fact that it was nestled in a beautiful beach away from large touristy crowds was the best but still just a quick drive to the downtown area was everything. Our host Shawn was amazing and attentive. If you need anything he is the go to. Fortunately we needed nothing as the house was equipped and safe. The inside was simple and clean. If you are traveling with small kids this place was awesome. Plenty of beds. We really enjoyed our stay. "
