"Beautiful room, just a few bits to sort out in the bathroom- staff were very helpful and friendly"

"Room was lovely and spacious. Only downside was the bed was uncomfortable , the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were way too soft to have a good sleep . Location was great to get to the farmers dog (10 mins in a taxi)"

"👌"

"Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room. We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. "Super team made me feel very welcome and were always available. Clean, comfortable room. Nice breakfast and plenty of parking"

"This suited our needs as we were mostly out so only needed a place to sleep. Staff were nice."

"Lovely area , lovely property, lovely people just a shame the place wasn’t clean ,"

"The hut was very clean and comfortable and suited the four of us perfectly. We also appreciated the fact that there were only two other huts in the field and there was space between them. Despite arriving quite late our hostess met us and made sure everything was ok. The swimming pond is a wonderful bonus and we would definitely return. Thank you!"

"Charming caravan in a rural setting. Very well appointed. Remarkably spacious for a caravan. A delightful , and imaginative place to stay."

"What a lovely cosy shepherd's hut in a quiet field with 2 other huts well spaced apart. I never heard any of the other guests. It was perfect as a little hideaway to relax after working in the area. Very clean."

"Accommodation was first class. Rooms were lovely and space for all our team inspecting a jet at Kidlington airport. Well appointed kitchen and a log burner to sleep by in a carb coma. Uber delivered our shopping from Waitrose in nearby Witney. Lots of parking and a cost spot to relax in. Highly recommended to all. "

"The perfect stay for a holiday in the Cotwolds with friends and family. The owners are very nice and the property has everything we needed and more"
