"Friendly staff, room very clean, everything needed for one night stay and free breakfast what not to like.. only problem just parking not at the hotel, and not until you get there they offer discount at a certain car park, but we had already booked at a different car park, as didn't know about the offer.."

"The room was clean and functional but, there some teething problems with lighting (make sure lower hallway lights are on for room 5 - up top); the kitchenette, if needed, requires a few more tools & gadgets (bread knife, cork screw/bottle opener - assume nothing and ask) and some (flat pack) furniture has been poorly assembled and rattles. But overall it was warm, quiet, double bed with, a decent corner shower room, including a few necessaries, to make it a comfy experience. "

"Spa (hot tub specifically) and gym indicated as part of the hotel, ie, not an extra fee. Chargeable amenities are always stated. This was not. And they wanted £15 lee person. Hotel admitted it was a mistake on Expedia however did not honour entry and said that "the spa is also not advertised as being free". They also state that the carpark is £18 for 24hours. It was £25. We picked this hotel based on the spa being part of it. "

"Convenient location and very clean inside (a bit shabby exterior). Strange accommodation set up and room layout let this place down - single bathroom only accessible through the tiny kitchen, no kitchen worksurfaces, no forks?! Communication / check-in very good and friendly."
