There’s construction going on in the building but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great! Compared to other hotel rooms for the price it was quite large. I would stay here again.

I would recommend this place to anyone visiting New York! Staff were wonderful, rooms were great (ac worked great and was cold, they were SUPER clean and all the things we needed, beds were actually SUPER comfy), area is relatively quiet but very close and central to all the great places. 10/10

The bathrooms were very well appointed with a very nice shower and the bidet was awesome. The front staff was amazing every time I walked out the door Every person behind the desk smile, and said hello and more than happy to help. Advice I do not drive into this hotel with your vehicle. The parking was crazy expensive I opted to take a train in Hartford CT. The only reason I would not go back to this hotel is because I prefer not to steak this close to Times Square and the craziness… I would...

The room was large and clean and quiet. we slept so well.

Clean hotel, easy check in, friendly staff, great lounge with snacks and coffee. Perfect location.

This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...

Outstanding location and service

Great location terrific staff!

Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

For the price point & location, this property is great despite small rooms & showers.

This was a beautiful property with amazing customer service! Karma helped us with check in and check out which were both very smooth processes

This boutique hotel was super convenient for us. A comfortable bed and although the room was small it had what we needed.

Front desk staff was excellent. Hotel was clean, quiet

Water filling station in hallway was a first.

Great place to stay

This is the best hotel we’ve been to. I am so glad I found this property. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean and spacious. No wait on elevators. The location is the best. It’s close to grand central terminal and other places so it’s very convenient for people exploring the city. They have the friendliest staff. The breakfast is a good variety. They have different options for kids and adults. The food is delicious. This is going to be our go to hotel every time we need to...

Miki Santiago and the whole team were terrific- thank you.
