"The property was immaculately clean, with towels, bed linens etc which made it so much easier to get away without palaver! A good size for 4 of us and didn’t feel at all cramped. "entrance hall was a bit of a letdown as obviously was being painted, the glass in the doors had paint on, windows rattled all night from the wind, very cold on last night as couldnt work out how to turn up heaters, coupboard door in kitchen came off, only 3 mugs & 4 of us, shower was very slow & leaked over bath, no-one told us upstairs shower was out of order & they had a leak in the lounge, shower upstairs was out of order"

"Thanks for a lovely stay at your property. The property is in a lovely location just outside Swanage, ith handy access to the costal path for walks from your door. The pool and sauna were very much appreciated by us all. My husband and teenage son loved the full size snooker table. The property is a great size, was very clean with access to a huge garden too. We stayed as a family of 4 and would love to return. The owners were very helpful too."

"The property is spacious for two people; however, it was not properly cleaned when we arrived. Under the sink was a leak or something, and there were cobwebs in the kitchen area. The trays in the oven are full of oil, so when you're trying to cook something in the oven, the kitchen is full of that smell, and the cooker hood would not even get the smell out. "My friend and I went from Monday -Friday. On arriving the staff were lovely however got to the room and it was dark. My friend and I said if they had arranged the bedroom differently it wouldn’t have felt so dark. The heater in the bathroom was so dangerous. Also the whole hotel needed some TLC. But the staff made up for the rest of it every member of staff was lovely. "
