"After much research, I chose this hotel due to location: it does not disappoint in this regard. It’s connected to a shopping wall and is in an area with lots of dining options and it’s a beautiful walk to west lake. The room itself is okay. It is a bit dated but comfortable. "The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay. "
