A special thank you to Taylan at the front desk concierge — he made us feel welcome right away. He checked us in smoothly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond by arranging a massage for us, which turned out to be absolutely incredible. The massage was one of the best we've had — incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Highly recommend booking one if you're staying here! The buffet breakfast was another highlight. So many delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a beautifully arranged spread. If you have the time, it's definitely worth enjoying it every day during your stay. We also loved the pool and spa area — everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out in the city. The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, with so many delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was very convenient, and the hotel’s location made it easy to access public transport ,we used the nearby train station to reach all the famous attractions with ease. There are also plenty of shopping malls and restaurants close to the hotel, which was super convenient. Our kids absolutely loved the stay, it was a wonderful experience for the whole family.
