"While the staff we were good. Reception leave at 17:30. Then they sent a code for a lockbox at the front door. It dropped but was not under the flap. I had to get fingers underneath to fish the card and instructions out. Not at all acceptable. The room was quite big. The kitchen was good. But the shower head falls off and onto your foot. And there was no shelf there for soap or shampoo. Maintenance is very poor."

"Accurately presented property. Ideal location when supporting sick family in the Epworth Richmond hospital. Keypad access is easy enough to get used to. Rooms very well appointed, with the ability to self-cater if desired. Only criticism would be availability of additional kitchen basics in the guest store cupboards. No additional milk available for a few days, but additional towels and other items seemed to be okay."
