"We were so happy with our stay at Citadines on Bourke. Right from the start at check-in, to mid stay when we had a personal issue that was dealt with most respectfully, through to checking out, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was simple, but it had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed. The bed was very comfortable. If there was any criticism at all (and it's only a small one), both my husband and I found the pillows a little firm for our liking. Perhaps having an extra two on the bed that are much softer would offer an alternative option. "
