"Lovely room"

"Overall, a good stay but there were some things that needed improving. My room cards kept deactivating (and after the first time I kept away from my bank cards) so that was really annoying having to go to and from the reception. One of the cleans, I was left a dirty teaspoon to use for tea and coffee. The gym was good and the staff were friendly though. The room was a good size but the air conditioning was very poor so had to keep the window open"

"The bed headboard in the room was badly worn out would not expect this from a five star hotel and huge amount of dust on it "
