"We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part. "Two couples (60+ in age) stayed in the 310B (upper) townhouse. It was an awesome experience! We loved the location---walking distance from Niagara Falls State Park. Directly across the street from the townhouse there is a walking path that leads you directly to the State Park. The house was clean and completely furnished with everything that we needed. It is an upstairs unit (which we already knew), but we are all physically fit and had no problem climbing the stairs to go to the townhouse...

"The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It is well equipped for preparing meals. Location is convenient for exploring the area: Lewiston, Lockport, Niagara Falls and Olcott. Check out the beautiful harbor in Wilson and Wilson Tuscarora State park. There are also many wineries nearby. A truly beautiful part of NY state. If you are a boater, the state park has a launch as do the harbors. "

The neighborhood around the property had a lot of boarded up houses and did not make a great impression in terms of feeling safe.
